| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手指肌腱松解术失败的原因及再次治疗的手术方法和疗效。方法分析24例肌腱松解术失败的原因，并有针对性地进行再次手术治疗，观察治疗效果。结果所有病例随访3～6个月，评价手指总的主动活动度（TAM），优良率68％。结论全面系统地检查并分析手术失败的原因．针对具体病例，制定相应手术计划，正确选择手术适应证，是解决肌腱再次粘连的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore causes of the failure of tenolysis of finger, and its operation method and curative effect. Methods The causes in 24 cases with tenolysis failure were analyzed, and received surgical treatment again, observed the curative effect. Results All patients were followed up for 3-6 months. The TAM of the fingers was elevated, the excellent rate was 68%. Conclusion It is an effective method to treat tendon adhesion, that examinating systematically and complatively, analyzing causes of operation failure, making preoperative planning according to patients＂ condition and choosing right operation. |
