摘    要:目的探讨应用负压封闭引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)技术联合股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复手部桡侧半缺损的临床疗效。方法应用VSD技术联合股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复手部桡侧半缺损6例。急诊清创后,创面用VSD材料覆盖,二期行游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复,切取皮瓣面积最大为12cm×10cm.最小为10cm×8cm。结果6例6块皮瓣全部成活,无截肢病例,随访3个月~2年,平均12个月,皮瓣外形及感觉恢复良好,供区愈合良好。结论应用VSD技术联合游离股前外侧穿支皮瓣修复手部桡侧半缺损.可获得较好的临床效果。

Vacuum sealing drainage combined with free femoral anterolateral perforating branch flap to repair composite tissue defect in radialis wrest-hands

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment outcomes of vacuum sealing drainage combined with free femoral anterolateral perforating branch flap for repairing composite tissue defect in radialis wresthands. Methods Six patients with composite tissue defect in radialis wrest-hands repaired by vacuum sealing drainage combined with free femoral anterolateral perforating branch flap, all the six wounds were coveraged by vacuum sealing drainage after debridement in emergency surgery, defect was repaired by free femoral anterolateral perforating branch flap in the second stage. The sizes of flaps were from 12 cm×10 cm to 10cm×8cm. Results All flaps survived, without amputation.These cases were followed-up for 3 to 24 months, average 12 months, got satisfactory appearance and good sense function. The donor site healed well. Conclusion Application of vacuum sealing drainage combined with free femoral anterolateral perforating branch flap to repair composite tissue defect in radialis wrest-hands, can achieve good clinical effects.
