摘    要:目的将三种不同类别的抗生素引入具有良好诱导能力的重组合异种骨中,采用多种途径观察对比,客观地研究三种不同抗生素与重组合异种骨结合后,一期修复兔感染骨缺损的效果。方法制备重组合异种骨并与重组人骨形态发生蛋白BMP2复合,三种抗生素复合体的制备(G—KBX,C—RBX及V—KBX),感染兔桡骨缺损模型的准备,通过多种途径:体外抑菌实验、体内药物释放、血清药物浓度检测、解剖学、放射学、组织学检查,对比研究三组抗生素复合体一期修复污染兔桡骨缺损的效果。结果三种抗生素复合体均可有效预防感染,并能在术后6个月内完成兔桡骨缺损的修复;而对照组发生感染,形成窦道,骨折不愈合,无法修复骨缺损,三组间差异无显著性(P〉0.05)。结论三种抗生素复合体均具备良好的骨诱导活性,均能够有效抗感染,并可一期植骨修复骨缺损。

Comparison Of Reconstituted Bone Xenograft Combined With Three Antibiotics To Repair Contaminated Segmental Defect In Rabbit Radius

Abstract:Objective To compare the effect that three different antibiotics respectively combined with Reconstituted bone xenograft (RBX) to repair the infected bone defect in rabbit. Methods Preparation of RBX and combined with human bone morphogenetic proteins BMP2 composite, three antibiotics composite (G-RBX, C-RBX and V-RBX), and the models of infected radius defect in rabbits, then used a variety of ways: the antibacterial experiments in vitro, drug release in vivo, serum drug concentration detection, anatomy, radiology and histological detection, to compare the effection of three groups of antibiotics composites. Results The three antibiotics composites had effectively prevented infection and repaired the radius defect after 6 months, compared with the control group, it happened infection, formation of sinus and nonunion of fracture. But there is no significant difference among the three groups. Conclusion All the three antibiotics composites can induced bone activity, anti-infection, and repair the infected bone defect.
