AO微型钢板治疗掌指骨骨折

目的研究并分析应用AO微型钢板固定治疗掌指骨骨折的技术及疗效。方法26例36处掌指骨骨折采用切开复位、AO微型钢板螺钉内固定治疗,早期进行功能练习。结果术后随访6月～1年后未出现内固定松动、断裂,X线片示骨折均愈合,伤指指间关节及掌指关节伸屈功能恢复接近正常,按TAM评分,优良率84.6%。结论掌指骨骨折用AO微型钢板螺钉内固定,可获得满意疗效。

Treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures with AO miniplate or screw

Objective To study and analyse the treatment outcome and technique of internal fixation of phalangeal and metacarpal fractureswith AO miniplate or screw. Methods Twenty-six cases .36 lesions, of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures were treated by internal fixation with AO miniplate or screw. Early postoperative rehabilitations was carried out.Results Postoperative follow-up ranged from 6 months to 1 year. no non-union and breakage of internal fixation occurred at all cases. The x-ray results showed complete bone union. The function of flexion and extension in the metacarpophalangeal joints was satisfactory. According to the functional evalution of TAM scales, the excellent and good rate was 84.6%.Conclusion It can obtain satisfactory treatment outcome Treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fractures with AO miniplate or screw .
