中节指骨基底部骨折分类及远期疗效分析

目的 根据致伤机制和作用方式，对手指中节指骨基底部骨折进行分类并复述治疗方法及远期结果。方法 对68例手指中节指骨基底部骨折患者的病因、病理特点进行分析，并对手术效果进行随访评价。结果 Ia骨折占50％，保守治疗结果良好；ⅠbⅠc、ⅡbⅡc、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型骨折，手术治疗结果不一，优良率66％。结论 致伤力大小、方向、部位、近指关节位置，内在的张力和外在肌肉的力量，决定着中节指骨基底部骨折的类型和严重程度，迅速和准确的骨折复位会产生满意的效果。

The classification and long-term outcome of fracture in the base of the middle phalanx

Objective To study the classification of fracture in the base of the middle phalanx and its long-term outcomes. Methods Analysing the cause of disease and pathology of 68 cases with fracture in the base of the middle phalanx, and long-term outcome was followed up. Results The fracture of la was 50% , its results were good; and Ib, Ic, IIb, IIc, III , IV were 66% , their results were fair or good. Conclu-sion The amount, direction, location and the position of the PIP joint, the tension of the intrinsic ligaments and extrinsic muscle determined the classification and serious degree. Prompt and accurate reduction of the fracture would produce satisfactory results.
