S-Tn抗原在胃癌及胃癌前病变组织中表达的研究

目的　探讨S Tn抗原在胃癌及胃癌前病变组织中的表达情况 ,评价S Tn抗原对胃癌的诊断价值。方法　采用免疫组织化学染色法对 10 9例胃癌、70例癌旁粘膜、19例慢性萎缩性胃炎(chronicatrophicgastritis,CAG)、2例慢性浅表性胃炎 (chronicsuperficialgastritis,CSG)、2 8例正常胃粘膜进行染色分析。结果　胃癌组总阳性率为 74 3% ,其中印戒细胞癌阳性率最高为 83 8% ,随着分化程度的降低 ,阳性率愈来愈低。癌旁粘膜阳性率为 84 3% ,明显高于胃癌组 (P <0 0 1)。CAG组阳性率为 73 7% ,CAG伴肠上皮化生 (intestinalmetaplasia,IM)组明显高于CAG伴不典型增生 (atypicalprolif eration ,ATP)组 (P <0 0 1)。CSG组及正常粘膜为阴性。结论　S Tn在胃癌、癌旁粘膜和萎缩性胃炎中均有较高表达 ,其中以癌旁粘膜组表达率最高。伴有IM时S Tn表达更高 ,为 91 6 %。

The expression of S-Tn antigen in the tissues of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions

Objectives To study the expression of S Tn antigen in the tissues of gastric cancer and precancerous lesions, in order to determine value of S Tn antigen in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Method The expression of S Tn was detected in the 109 cases of gastric cancer and 70 cases of gastric mucosa adjacent to the cancer, 19 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG), 2 cases of chronic superficial gastritis (CSG),and 28 cases of normal mucosa by immunohistochemical staining method.Result The positive rate in gastric cancer group was 74 3%, the lower the differentiation of the tumor,the lower the positive rate was The positive rate of the adjacent mucosa was 84 3%, which was significantly higher than that of cancer tissue (P<0 01).The positive rate in CAG group was 73 3% and the expression of S Tn in intestinal metaplasia (IM) region was significantly higher than that in atypical proliferation(ATP) region (P<0 01). No expression was detected in normal mucosa and CSG group.ConclusionThere was high expression of S Tn in gastric cancer, tumor adjacent mucosa,and CAG region. The positive rate was the highest in the tumor adjacent mucosa, especially when accompanying IM (91 6%).
