| 摘 要： | 内皮素对心血管、呼吸、消化等系统疾病的影响已为人们所重视，但其对于脊髓损害的影响尚未见报道。本文对１２例急性颈脊髓损害及５３例慢性颈脊髓损害病的病人血中内皮素水平进行测定，并与５２例对照组病人比较，结果表明，颈脊髓病组血中内皮素水平显著升高，从而推测内皮素可能与脊髓损害发病过程有关。

| Abstract: | Twelvepatientswithacutecervicalcordinjuries,53patientswithchroniccervicalspinalcordinjuries,i.e.cervicalspondyloticmyelopathy(CSM)andother52pacientsservedascontrolsweresubjectedtoEndothelin(ET)study.TheresultsshowedthatthelevelofplasmaETwassignifi-cantlyincreasedinthegroupofCSM(P<0.01).Theauthorsconcludedthat,itisquitepossiblethatETisoneoftheimpotantpathogeneticfactorsofchroniccervicalspinalcordlesion(CSM). |
