Klippel－Trenaunay综合征的诊断和治疗

１９８４年至１９９４年间，收治５８例Ｋｉｐｐｅｌ－Ｔｒｅｎａｕｎａｙ综合征病人。全部病人均经肢体静脉造影确诊。３１例采用非手术治疗，２７例采用手术治疗。其中动－静脉瘘栓塞术１６例，耻骨上大隐静脉转流术８例，浅表静脉及血管瘤切除９例，静脉瓣膜成形术２例，部分结肠、直肠切除１例。术后病人随访１～８年，症状均明显得到改善。该病病情复杂，变异多，目前尚无特异的治疗方法。本组所采用的手术及非手术治疗方法，均为对症减状治疗，手术治疗指征必须严格慎重。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome

The authors report the experience of diagnosis and treatment of 58 cases of Klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome(KTS)treated between l984 and l994.All diagnosis were confirmed by phlebogrophy. Conservative and operative treatment were employed in 3l patients and 27 patients respectively, including embolization of AVF in l6 cases,supra-pubic cross-over saphenous vein bypass in 8,resection of superficial varicose veins and hemangiomas in 9,valvuloplasty in 2 and partial resection of colon and rectum in l,All the symptomes were significantly improved during post-operative follow-up for 1 to 8 years. Due to its complexity and variability of this syndrome,there is no specific treatment.All the treatments in this group of were symptomatic treatment.It is suggested that the indication for operation should by carefully considered.
