目的 探讨高龄结、直肠癌病人的外科治疗方法。方法 回顾性分析１９９４￣１９９８年间９０例７０岁以上结、直肠癌病人的外科治疗资料。结果 高龄结、直肠癌病人入院前误诊率高（５７％），并存病多（５９％），肿瘤切除率为９０％，术后并发症发生率为３６．５％，围手术期病死率为６％。结论 手术切除是高岭结、直肠癌病人最好治疗方法，但早期诊断，早期治疗，合理处理并存病，充分的肠道准备，适当的麻醉和手术方式，有效的

Surgical treatment of the elderly patients with colorectal carcinoma:a report of 90 cases

Objective　To Study the surgical treatment of elderly patients for colorectal carcinoma.Methods　Retrospective analysis on the experience of surgical treatment for colorectal carcinoma in 90 patients ov er 70 years of age from 1994～1998.Results　Misdiagnosis rate was hi gh (57%),most of the patients had other diseases (59%),post operation complicati on rate was 36.5%,tumor resection rate 90%,operation mortality 6%.Conclus ions　The operation is an ideal way to treat the elderly patients with col o rectal carcinoma.Early diagnosis and treatment,correct management preexisting di se ases,fully bowel preparation,appropriate choice of anesthesia and operation procedure,an effective method for the prevention and treatment of complication.I t is a critical way with a beneficial effect on the elderly patients with colore ctal carcinoma.
