HLA-DQA1等位基因与颈椎后纵韧带骨化的相关性研究

目的 :分析颈椎后纵韧带骨化 (COPLL)患者与人类白细胞抗原DQA1 (HLA DQA1 )等位基因的相关性。方法 :用聚合酶链式反应 序列特异引物 (PCR SSP)法对COPLL患者 (2 7例 )及对照组 (51例 )进行HLA DQA1等位基因的基因分型。结果 :HLA DQA1 0 4 0 1同COPLL呈显著正相关 (P <0 0 1 ) ,DQA1 0 2 0 1与COPLL呈显著性负相关 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :HLA DQA1 0 4 0 1可能与COPLL的疾病易感性相关 ,HLA DQA1 0 2 0 1可能与COPLL的抗性相关 ,在HLA DQA1位点存在易感和抵抗双重作用 ,等位基因之间的共同作用可能是影响COPLL发病的重要因素之一。

A study of correlation between HLA-DQA1 alleles and OPLL in the cervical spine

Objective:To evaluate the correlation of HLA DQA1 alleles with ossification of posterior longitudinal ligament in cervical spine(COPLL).Method:The allelic types of HLA DQA1 were detected by PCR SSP technique in 27 cases of COPLL and 51 individuals without COPLL as the control.Result:The frequency of DQA1*0401 allele in COPLL group was markedly higher than that in normal control group( P <0 01),but the frequency of DQA1*0201 allele in normal group was higher than that in COPLL group( P <0 01).Conclusion:DQA1*0401 allele may be the susceptible gene and DQA1*0201 allele may be the resistive gene for OPLL in the cervical spine.So both susceptibility and resistance for OPLL were present in the HLA DQA1 locus,the interaction between them may be an important factor of OPLL in cervical spine.
