非创伤性股骨头坏死与血浆脂蛋白的相关性研究

目的　研究非创伤性股骨头坏死与血浆脂质变化的相关性。方法　研究对象 12 0例 ,其中 60例非创伤性股骨头坏死患者和 60例正常人 ,采用奥林帕斯 (Olypas)AU 40 0全自动生化分析仪 ,检测总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)、低密度脂蛋白 (LDL)、载脂蛋白AI(ApoAI)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)等指标。结果　股骨头坏死组与正常对照组血浆脂质及载脂蛋水平比较 ,TC、TG、LDL、ApoB明显升高 (P <0 0 5 ) ,HDL、ApoAI明显降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,ApoB/ApoAI比值显著升高 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论　非创伤性股骨头坏死的发生和发展与血浆中的脂蛋白有密切关系 ,ApoB/ApoAI比值升高对估计非创伤性骨坏死的发生具有一定的临床意义

A study on the relationship between plasma lipoprotein and non-traumatic necrosis of the femoral head

Objective To study the relationship between non-traumatic necrosis of the femoral head and blood plasma lipid Methods 60 patients and 60 normal people were included in the study.Total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),apolipoprotein AI(ApoAI)and apolipoprotein B(ApoB) were determined with the automatism biochemical analysor of Olypas AU 400.Results Comparison between the patients and the normal controls showed that TC,TG,LDL and ApoB were significantly higher,(P<0.05),HDL and ApoAI were significantly lower in the patients than that in the normal control(P<0.05).ApoB/ApoAI ratio was also significantly higher in the patients than that in the normal control (P<0.001).Conclusion There was a significant association between change of lipoprotein and development of non-traumatic necrosis of the femoral head.A high ApoB/ApoAI ratio has clinical significance to estimate developing of non-traumatic osteonecrosis.
