| 摘 要： | 微RNA-15(microRNA-15, miR-15)家族是由6种具有相同的“种子序列”的miRNA分子组成,它们参与细胞凋亡、分化、增殖、周期调控和肿瘤形成等重要的细胞功能活动的调节。近年来的研究发现miR-15家族成员的表达失调在心脏疾病的发生、发展中有着重要的作用。文章旨在阐述miR-15家族成员在不同心脏疾病中的表达谱的改化,探讨其潜在的临床应用价值,并概述miR-15家族对各种心脏疾病的发生、发展的影响。 miR-15家族与心脏疾病密切相关,以调节miR-15家族为靶点的治疗方法将有望成为未来心脏疾病治疗的重要组成部分。
