| 摘 要： | 背景 经尿道前列腺电切术(transurethral resection of the prostate,TURP)术中出血量的测定,有利于及时发现症状并采取有效措施,降低术后并发症,促进患者早日康复. 目的 总结分析近年来关于研究TURP出血量测定方法的文献资料,为今后探索理想的测定方法打下基础. 内容 就近年来不同测定方法的发展历程、简要原理和步骤、优缺点以及临床推广情况作一综述. 趋向 目前仍没有一种方法是金标准,结果准确、可行性好和成本效益比高是未来TURP术中出血量测定方法的研究趋势.
