戊乙奎醚或曲马多对全麻苏醒期导尿管不适的影响

目的 观察术毕前给予药物对全麻苏醒期尿管不适感的影响.方法 90例择期手术男性患者按完全随机法分为3组:术毕前30 min盐酸戊乙奎醚组(静注0.015 mg·kg-1·2 ml-1,P组)、盐酸曲马多组(静注1 mg·kg-1·2 ml-1,T组)、生理盐水组(静注2 ml,C组).术后进入麻醉后恢复室进行导尿管不适感评估.结果 P组和T组患者术后导尿管不适发生率分别为17.86%和10.0%显著低于C组44.44%(P＜0.05),两组间差异无统计学意义.结论 术毕前应用盐酸戊乙奎醚或盐酸曲马多均可有效地缓解麻醉苏醒期尿管不适感症状.

Abstract：

Objective To evaluate the effect of penehyclidine or tramadol which was administered before the end of operation on the urethral catheter-related bladder discomfort (CRBD) during recovering from genenal anesthesia.Methods Ninety male patients (18 yr～73 yr),ASA Ⅰ～Ⅱ ,undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in each. Group P received penehyclidine 0.015 mg/kg,or group T received tramadol 1 mg/kg,whereas group C received normal saline 2 ml 30 min before the end of operation.CRBD of patients was assessed in the post-anesthesia care unit. Severity of CRBD was classified as mild,moderate and severe.Results Severity of CRBD was reduced in P group and T group compared with C group(P ＜ 0.05),and there was no significant difference between P group and T group.Conclusion Intravenous either penehyclidine 0.015 mg/kg or tramadol 1 mg/kg may effectively alleviate postoperative CRBD.
