脑死亡器官捐献单中心经验（附26例报告）

目的总结脑死亡器官捐献单中心经验。方法回顾性分析2006年3月至2012年6月解放军第181中心医院全军肾移植与透析治疗中心完成的脑死亡器官捐献与移植案例。结果共完成脑死亡器官捐献26例，进而完成52例肾移植和8例肝移植，移植器官功能均良好。其中48例肾移植受者总存活率92．2％，移植肾总存活率83．7％。结论脑死亡器官捐献是器官移植重要的器官来源，但在我国尚处于起步阶段，进一步发展需取决于相关法律法规的制定以及捐献者、受者、医疗机构的权责是否得到明确和保证。

Successful organ donation from brain death donors in a Chinese organ transplant center: a report of 26 cases

Objective To summarize the experience on single-center organ donation after brain death. Methods Initial experience with organ transplantation using organs from brain dead donors in No. 181st Center Hospital of PLA was summarized. Results Fifty-two patients underwent renal transplantation and 8 patients underwent liver transplantation with organs procured from 26 brain dead donors. All patients were alive with excellent graft function. Conclusions DBD is an important means of increasing the number of organs available for transplantation and its widespread implementation in Chine should be encouraged. Brain death and organ transplantation legislation is necessary to ensure the rights and obligations of donors, recipients and medical institutions.
