| 摘 要： | 目的 观察加巴喷丁联合神经阻滞治疗老年头面部带状疱疹后神经痛的有效性和安全性.方法 65岁以上老年头面部带状疱疹后神经痛患者38例,采用口服加巴喷丁胶囊每天1 200～1 800 mg,三叉神经分支阻滞和皮损区皮内注射治疗6周,用视觉模拟评分(VAS)和睡眠质量评分(QS)评价治疗效果.结果 与治疗前比较,治疗后第1周～第6周,VAS和QS均显著下降(P<0.01).患者治疗6周后显效35例(92.10%),好转3例(7.89%),总有效率100%.结论 加巴喷丁联合三叉神经分支阻滞及皮损区皮内注射治疗老年头面部带状疱疹后神经痛,可迅速缓解疼痛,改善睡眠质量,疗效确切,无明显不良反应. |
