锁定加压钢板治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的 探讨锁定加压钢板治疗老年转子间骨质疏松性骨折的临床疗效。方法 31例老年转子间骨质疏松性骨折的患者，男12例，女19例。年龄65-85岁。平均74.3岁。采用股骨近端锁定加压钢板内固定治疗，观察骨折愈合、肢体功能恢复、有无并发症评定临床疗效。 结果 28例获得临床随访，随访时间9-21个月，平均13.5个月。骨折均愈合，无骨不连，内固定松动，无髋内翻及其他并发症。结论 股骨近端锁定加压钢板疗老年转子间骨质疏松性骨折固定牢靠，临床疗效满意，是治疗老年转子间骨质疏松性骨折的良好选择。 【关键词】股骨转子间骨折；锁定加压钢板； 骨质疏松

Effects of locking compression plate on the treatment of geriatric femoral intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of proximal femoral locking compression plate(LCP) on treating senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures.Methods Thirtyone patients with senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fractures were treated by proximal femoral locking compression plate fixation,including 12 males and 19 females,mean age 74.3(range 65-85) years.According to Evans’classification,type I was in 2 cases;Type Ⅱ 8 casess;Type Ⅲ 14 cases;type Ⅳ 6 cases and type Ⅴ 1 case.Bone healing,functional restoration of the limbs and complications were observed and evaluated.Results Twenty-eight patients were followed,with a mean follow-up period of 13.5 months,ranges from 9 to 21 months.The bone union were got in all cases.No complications such as non-union,internal fixation material loosening or coxa vara were found.According to Harris hip joint functional criteria,92.8% of cases were good,Conclusions Proximal femoral locking compression plate has reliable fixation and satisfactory results for treatment of senile osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture.
