| 摘 要： | 目的探讨后腹腔镜下肾囊肿切除术的疗效。方法80例在全麻下用自制水囊建立后腹膜腔,通过腰大肌等标志找到并暴露肾囊肿,距肾实质5mm用电钩将囊壁切除去顶。结果手术均成功,无中转开放手术,未发生严重并发症,手术时间20～100min,平均39min,术中出血量5～65ml,平均20ml,术后住院4～11d,平均5.6d,病理报告均为单纯性肾囊肿。80例随访2～24个月,平均11个月,3例术后2个月复查囊肿残留。结论后腹腔镜下肾囊肿切除术创伤小,康复快,住院时间短,是安全有效的手术方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic renal cystectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients with renal cyst were enrolled in this study.Under general anesthesia,the retroperitoneal cavity was established by using water-filled balloon.The renal cyst were exposed by identifying the psoas major muscle.The cysts were unroofed at 5 mm from the edge of the renal parenchyma with electrical claw.Results The operation was completed in all the cases without severe complications.The operation ti... |
