小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗老年性上睑下垂的临床效果

探讨对老年性上睑下垂患者给予小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗的效果。 方法 选取2021年1月-2022年12月我院收治的105例老年上睑下垂患者为研究对象，随机分为对照组 （n =55）和观察组（n =60）。对照组采用微创重睑术治疗，观察组采用小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合 微创重睑术治疗，比较两组临床疗效、复发率、并发症发生率及满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为 93.33%，高于对照的80.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组复发率为1.67%，低于对照组的10.91%（P ＜0.05）；观 察组并发症发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的16.36%（P ＜0.05）；观察组满意度为96.67%，高于对照组的 87.27%（P ＜0.05）。结论 对老年性上睑下垂患者采用小切口提上睑肌缝线缩短术联合微创重睑术治疗 的效果良好，治疗后复发率及并发症发生率均较低，安全性较高，患者对治疗效果满意，临床应用价值 确切。

Clinical Effect of Small Incision Levator Palpebrae Superioris Suture Shortening Combined with Minimally Invasive Double Eyelid Surgery in the Treatment of Senile Ptosis

To investigate the effect of small incision levator palpebrae superioris suture shortening combined with minimally invasive double eyelid surgery in the treatment of senile ptosis. Methods A total of 105 elderly patients with ptosis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group (n =55) and observation group (n =60). The control group was treated with minimally invasive double eyelid surgery. The observation group was treated with small incision levator palpebrae superioris muscle suture shortening combined with minimally invasive double eyelid surgery. The clinical efficacy, recurrence rate, complication rate and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 80.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group was 1.67%, which was lower than 10.91% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 16.36% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 87.27% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of small incision levator palpebrae muscle suture shortening combined with minimally invasive double eyelid surgery in the treatment of senile ptosis is good, the recurrence rate and complication rate after treatment are low, and the safety is high. Meanwhile, the patients are satisfied with the treatment effect and the clinical application value is accurate.
