右美托咪定联合地佐辛在面部整形手术麻醉中的应用效果

探究在面部整形手术患者中应用右美托咪定联合地佐辛进行麻醉的效果。方法 选取我院 2021年1月-2022年1月行面部整形的200例患者为本研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照 组给予右美托咪定进行麻醉，观察组给予右美托咪定联合地佐辛进行麻醉，比较两组苏醒时间、清醒时 间、术后镇痛、镇静情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组苏醒时间、清醒时间均短于对照组，差异有统 计学意义（P ＜0.05）；观察组术后镇痛评分、镇静评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）； 观察组不良反应发生率为1.00%，低于对照组的7.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对面部整形手 术患者实施右美托咪定联合地佐辛进行麻醉，能够有效提升镇痛与镇静效果，对于缩短患者术后苏醒时间 与清醒时间具有积极作用，同时有利于降低不良反应发生几率，应用安全性较高。

Application Effect of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Dezocine in Anesthesia of Facial Plastic Surgery

To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine on anesthesia in patients undergoing facial plastic surgery. Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent facial plastic surgery in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 100 patients in each group. The control group was given dexmedetomidine for anesthesia, and the observation group was given dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine for anesthesia. The recovery time, conscious-ness time, postoperative analgesia, sedation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The recovery time and consciousness time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant (P <0.05). The postoperative analgesia score and sedation score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 1.00%, which was lower than 7.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine for anesthesia in pa-tients undergoing facial plastic surgery can effectively improve the analgesic and sedative effects, and has a positive effect on shortening the postoperative recovery time and consciousness time of patients. At the same time, it is beneficial to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and the application safety is high.
