眶隔固定切开法重睑术和经典切开法重睑术的效果比较

比较眶隔固定切开法重睑术和经典切开法重睑术的效果。方法 选取2021年1月-2022年 12月于我院拟行切开重睑术的60例患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为常规组与观察组，每组30例。常 规组予以经典切开法重睑术，观察组予以眶隔固定切开法重睑术，比较两组术后形态改善情况、并发症 发生情况及满意度。结果 观察组术后总改善率为100.00%，高于常规组的66.67%（P ＜0.05）；观察组并 发症发生率为3.33%，低于常规组的20.00%（P ＜0.05）；观察组满意度为96.67%，高于常规组的66.67% （P ＜0.05）。结论 眶隔固定切开法重睑术可有效改善患者术后重睑形态，提高满意度，是一种安全性 较高的术式。

Effects Comparison of Double Eyelid Surgery with Orbital Septum Fixed Incision and Classical Incision

To compare the effects of double eyelid surgery with orbital septum fixed incision and classical incision. Methods From January 2021 to December 2022, 60 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the conventional group and the observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The conventional group underwent double eyelid surgery with classical incision, and the observation group underwent double eyelid surgery with orbital septum fixed incision double eyelid surgery. The postoperative morphological improvement, complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total improvement rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 66.67% of the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.33%, which was lower than 20.00% in the conventional group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 66.67% of the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Double eyelid surgery with orbital septum fixed incision can effectively improve the postoperative double eyelid shape and improve the satisfaction of patients. It is a safe operation.
