| 摘 要： | 减重与代谢外科自20世纪50年代发源,至今经历了60多年的发展。当代最主流的术式为腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术和腹腔镜袖状胃切除术。虽然《中国肥胖与2型糖尿病外科治疗指南(2014)》对减重术式有一定规范和量化了主要参数,但实际操作做到规范是对手术安全性和手术疗效的保障。不规范和不标准的减重手术会引起系列并发症和减重效果不佳、复胖等一系列问题。

| Abstract: | Bariatric and metabolic surgery has originated since the 1950s and has experienced more than 60 years of development. The most contemporary surgical procedures are laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass(LRYGB)and laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy(LSG). Although the "Guidelines for the Surgical Treatment of Obesity and Type 2 Diabetes in China(2014)" has standardized and quantified the main parameters of the weight-reduction surgery,but the standardized operation in real clinical preactice is the guarantee of surgical safety and surgical efficacy. Non-standard Bariatric surgery will face a series of problems such as severe complications,poor weight loss and weight regain. |
