摘    要:腹部外科手术涉及部位解剖复杂,血管丰富,术中病人变异较大,手术难度大,一直是微创外科的难点.科技创新的发展,手术机器人系统的应用,很好地助力了腹部外科再上微创新台阶,腹腔镜微创手术治疗也得到了进一步升级.由于手术机器人系统具有三维手术视野,能自动消除生理颤动,手术器械手臂能自由灵活旋转达到传统机器无法完成的部位和角度,...

Abstract:Mini-invasive abdominal surgery involves complex anatomy,rich blood vessels,great individual variations and difficult handling during operations.With rapid developments of scientific and technological innovations,surgical robot system has elevated mini-invasive abdominal surgery to a new level and mini-invasive laparoscopy has been further refined.With a three-dimensional surgical field of vision,surgical robot system can automatically eliminate physiological fibrillation and the arm of surgical instrument may rotate flexibly to reach position and angle impossible for traditional machine.Thus it effectively breaks through the limitations of traditional laparoscopy so as to enhance operative quality,minimize trauma,render treatment more efficient and safer,accelerate rapid perioperative recovery and boost operative safety.Thus employing surgical robot for performing complex abdominal surgery is also a development trend.Surgeons should actively explore and upgrade new applications of mini-invasive surgery with surgical robot system so as to benefit more patients.
