| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮肝穿刺胆道引流术（PTCD）后并发症的特点及其处理措施。方法回顾性分析自2004年1月至2007年1月对205例阻塞性黄疸进行PTCD治疗的术后并发症。结果主要并发症为出血、胆道感染、胆漏、导管堵塞等。相应的治疗措施包括止血、抗感染、腹腔引流、支架再置人等。结论PTCD是治疗阻塞性黄疸的主要方法，预防和处理其并发症应值得注意。
