CT导向下双介入法治疗椎间盘突出症

摘    要:目的:探讨CT导向下经皮穿刺椎间盘切吸术与胶原酶髓核溶解术结合治疗腰椎间盘突出的应用价值。方法:采用CT导向下双介入法治疗椎间盘突出症病人180例,男118例,女62例,年龄在32~69岁,平均47岁,随访6月~3年,平均16个月。结果:本方法一次成功率为98%,优良率90.5%,总有效率96.1%,腰椎间盘感染1例。结论:CT导向下双介入法治疗椎间盘突出症是一种行之有效的椎间盘突出症的微创治疗方法。

Abstract:Objective: To explore applied value of percutaneous CT Guided Lumbar Discectomy combining collagenolysis for treating prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Method: Position-setting and puncture were introduced under CT, Treatment efficacy was classified according to improved Mae-nab criterium 180 patients were included in this study. There were 118 males and 62 females. The mean age was 47 years(range 32-69 years). The duration of follow up ranged 6 months to 3 years with an average of 16 months. Result: the effective rate was 96. 1 % . 98% operations were performed at one time, nerpect rat was 90.5 % only one was discovered Intervertebral disk infection . Conclusion: CT guided percutaneous microwounded lumbar discectomy combining collagenolysis make the puncture more effective.
