| 摘 要： | 急性胰腺炎是临床上常见的急腹症.重型急性胰腺炎常引起腹水,其在急性胰腺炎合并多器官功能障碍中的作用逐渐被人们所认识.本文就急性胰腺炎时腹水的可能成分、形成机制以及对机体的影响进行文献综述,以望有助于对急性胰腺炎合并多器官功能障碍的机制的了解和急性胰腺炎相关并发症的预防和治疗.

| Abstract: | Acute pancreatitis is one of the common clinical diseases in emergency.The severe acute pancreatitis-associated ascetic fluid is always found in clinic.Its roles related multiple organ dysfunction(MOD)in acute pancreatitis is being understood.In this article，the possible compositions of the ascites，the mechanism of its formation，and its effect on body are recited，in order to better understand the mechanism，the prevention and the treatment of the acute pancreatitis and its compications related MOD. |
