简易皮肤伸展术在创面修复中的应用

目的探讨简易皮肤伸展术在创伤外科创面修复中应用的可行性及临床效果。方法采用克氏针、钢丝行简易皮肤伸展术，治疗四肢软组织缺损、褥疮创面、肿瘤切除术后缺损、皮瓣供区创面共46例。结果皮肤伸展术作用时间平均52（10～120）min，最大皮肤伸展宽度平均4．8（3．5～10）cm，创面均Ⅰ期愈合，平均愈合时间13（10—18）d。随访26例，平均10．2（6～12）月，伤口呈线性瘢痕，无伤口退缩，无显著瘢痕增生及变宽，外观及肢体功能恢复良好。结论简易皮肤伸展术操作简单、疗效确切、并发症少，是创伤外科创面修复中一种行之有效的方法。

Application of Simple Skin Stretching in Orthopedic Surgery

Objective To investigate the feasibility and the clinical effect of simple skin stretching technique in orthopedic surgery. Method 46 cases including traumatic soft tissue defect, bedsore wound, the donor site of flap and the skin defect after the excision of tumor were repaired by simple skin stretching using Kirsehner pin and steel wire. Result Average duration for skin stretching was 52 rain, maximal stretch width was 4.8 cm in average. All cases had primary healing with average healing duration of 13 days. Twenty-six cases were followed up for 10.2 months in average showed no remarkable scar and well recovered shape and function of limb. Conclusion Simple skin stretching is an easy and effective method to repair soft tissue defect in orthopedic surgery.
