摘    要:本实验研究了微小直流电对离体人活动精子的影响。研究发现0.5mA的直流电可影响精子的活动。作用早期可激惹精子,使其运动加速,但约在2分钟内即可将两电极板间的精子全部杀死。精子死亡的时间与电流的大小成反比,并与电极的金属材料有关。扫描电镜及透射电镜观察发现,实验组精子头部结构基本完整,但在尾部中段出现了一些破坏:质膜破裂、线粒体空泡化、微管解聚,并发现了一些在此处折断的精子。本实验并研究了生物电池作为杀精能源的可能性。最后探讨了微小直流电杀精的机理。

Abstract:The effect of tiny direct current on human sperm was studied in vitro. It was found that the sperm action can be changed by the tiny current (about 0.5mA). At first, the sperm was stimulated by the current and moved very quickly, then the sperms between two electrodes was killed perfectly in 2 minutes. Time of sperm death was negatively related to the strength of current. Observation under TEM and SEM showed that the plasma membrane of the killed sperm heads was intact, but there were many damages in the middle piece of the sperm tails, such as brocken of the membrane, vacuolization of the mitochondria and disintegration of the microtubules. The effect of biogalvanic cell on sperm was studied also.
