直肠黏膜柱状缝合固定术治疗混合痔132例临床疗效

为探讨直肠黏膜柱状缝合固定术治疗混合痔的临床疗效，回顾分析我院260例混合痔患者资料，其中132例采用直肠黏膜柱状缝合固定术治疗（治疗组），128例采用外剥内扎硬注术治疗（对照组），对两种方法的疗效进行对比分析。结果显示，两组手术时间和治疗疗程相近，差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05），但治疗组术后24h内疼痛较对照组轻，术后出血、尿潴留、肛缘水肿发生率较对照组低（P〈O．05）。结果表明，直肠黏膜柱状缝合固定术治疗混合痔术后疼痛轻，出血、尿潴留、肛缘水肿发生率低。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Columnar Suture and Fixation of the Rectal Mucosa in the Treatment of Mixed Hem- orrhoids ~ Analysis of 13 2 Cases

For the fixation for mixed objective of exploring the clinical curative effect of the procedure of columnar suture and hemorrhoids, the clinical data of 260 patients with mixed hemorrhoid who had undergone surgical treatment in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively. Of the 260 cases, 132 underwent the proce- dure（the study group）,and 128 cases underwent the procedure of external dissection ~ internal ligation plus sclerosing agent injection（the control group）. Results showed that the operation time and treatment course between the two groups were similar （ P 〉 0.05）, while pain （24h after operation）, postoperative bleeding, retention of urine and the occurrence rate of perianal edema were less in the study group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that the procedure of columnar suture and fixation of the rectal mucosa can ensure postoperative less pain, bleeding, urine retention and lower occurrence of perianal edema.
