| 摘 要： | 评价磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)对梗阻性黄疸患者梗阻部位及梗阻原因的诊断价值。方法对65例梗阻性黄疸患者行MRcP检查，将影像学诊断结果与手术中发现及病理诊断结果进行对比分析。结果MRCP对梗阻性黄疸的定位诊断正确率可达100％；梗阻原因诊断率为81.54％。结论MRCP为安全、可靠的非侵袭性检查方法，能判断梗阻的具体部位，根据MRCP特征基本可推断疾病的性质。具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of MRCP in finding positions and causes of obstructive jaundice.Methods Sixty five patients with obstructive jaundice received MRCP examination,the diagnostic results by imaging were compared with operational or pathological ones.Result The diagnosing rate of MRCP for the level of obstruction were 100% and correct rate of finding obstructive causes were 81.54%.Conclusion The level of bile duct obstruction and the cause of diseases can both be determined by MRCP image.It is a reliable,simple and noninvasive method for depiting the pancreatic bile ducts. |
