| 摘 要： | 目的探讨门静脉高压症(portal hypertension,PHT)合并胆囊结石患者贲门周围血管断流术及胆囊切除一期手术的手术疗效。方法对21例行贲门周围血管离断术并同时行胆囊切除术的手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果行胆囊切除术16例,胆囊大部切除5例,此21例均治愈。结论尽管同期手术的手术并发症偏高,但选择正确的手术方式及时机,门静脉高压症并胆囊结石同期手术是安全的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the feasibility of cholecystectomy and disconnection of cardiac portalsystemic venous shunt in primary operation in treatment of the patients with PHT & gallbladder stones.Method 21 cases underwent both disconnection of cardiac portalsystemic venous shunt and cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results Cholecystectomy 16 cases,subtotal cholecystectomy 5 cases,and all were cured.Conclusion The postoperative complication increased obviously in these cases,but it is safe to perform... |
