| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜对进展期胃癌手术治疗的安全性、可行性及疗效。方法回顾性分析大连医科大学附属二院普外科2011年5月-2014年1月120例进展期胃癌患者的临床资料,其中59例患者行腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术治疗,61例患者行传统开腹胃癌根治术。结果腹腔镜组均成功完成胃癌根治术,无中转开腹。与开腹组相比,术中出血量更少,术后胃肠道功能恢复更快。结论腹腔镜辅助下胃癌根治术安全、可行,与开腹组治疗效果相同,且腹腔镜组因创伤小术后恢复快,值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Safety, feasibility and therapeutic effect of laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy （LAG） on advanced gastric cancer were investigated. Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted on 120 advanced gastric cancer cases between May 2011 and Jan. 2014 from the Department of General Surgery, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University, of which 59 underwent LAG and 61 underwent conventional open gastrectomy. Results All patients underwent LAG completed gastrectomy therapy successfully without laparotomy. Compared to conventional open gastrectomy, LAG reduces operative blood loss and postoperative bowel activity recovery time. Conclusion LAG is safe and feasible. With the same therapeutic effect as conventional open gastrectomy, LAG reduces postoperative recovery time due to minor trauma and therefore should be widely adopted. |
