| Abstract: | Fetal heart movement and fetal heart rate are easily observed with real-time ultrasonography. Certain aspects of fetal cardiac disorders can thus be further evaluated by M-mode echocardiography. Congenital heart block and associated connective tissue disorders are discussed. |
