| 摘 要： | 目的探讨急性肠系膜血管缺血性疾病(AMI)的诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析29例AMI患者的临床资料。结果 29例均以急性剧烈腹痛为首发症状,13例有腹膜刺激征,5例出现腹膜炎并休克,CT检查确诊20例。14例经全身抗凝、溶栓治愈;手术治疗13例,12例切除坏死肠管,治愈7例,死亡6例,因放弃治疗死亡2例。结论 AMI临床上缺少特异表现,超声、血管造影及多排螺旋CT肠系膜血管成像有助于AMI的早期诊断,根据患者情况早期抗凝溶栓或手术治疗可降低病死率。
