肠血管畸形致下消化道出血（附9例报告）

本文报道９例肠血管畸形致下消化道出年龄１８－７１岁，平均５１．８岁，男５例，女４例，病因为先天性或后天获得性，传统的胃肠检查方法难以诊断，需进行血管造来确定。本组使用手术切除闰同变肠段效果良好，止血确切，而术中的酌情采用各种方法准确定位、防止病灶残留是本组手术获得成功的关键。

HEMORRHAGE OF LOWER ALIMENTARYTRACT CAUSED BY INTESTINAL VESSELMALFORMATION: REPORTED 9 CASES

his paper reported nine patients with hemorrhage of lower alimentary tract caused byintestine vessel malformation. The patients aged from 18 to 71 years with an average of 51. 8years. Five cases were men, four women. The pathogenicity was congenital or acquired. Itis difficult to diagnosis the disease using traditional examination, and must be done by angiography to make a definite diagnosis preoperatively. In order to get good results it is important to make an excise localization of the disease during operation,and to prevent the leitof residure lession. Resection of the affected intestine is the treatment of choice.
