| 摘 要： | 目的探索对不能手术切除的胰腺癌的有效治疗方法。方法对３１例患者（６７人次）均采用Ｓｅｌｄｉｎｇｅｒ氏法经皮股动脉穿刺插管，应用动脉超选插管至腹腔动脉、肝总动脉及肠系膜上动脉注入药物，采用ＦＡＭ方案。两次化疗间隔为１～２个月。结果介入治疗后２～３周，８９５％的病人疼痛减轻，复查ＣＴ发现，６３％的病人肿块缩小。结论介入治疗能提高对胰腺癌的治疗效果，与放疗、化疗相比，对不能切除的胰腺癌是一种有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To seek an effective method in the treatment of unresectable pancreatocarcinoma(URPC). Methods Seldinger's method with perfusing 5 Fu, MMC and Epirubicin via truncus coelicaus was performed in 31 cases (69 times) of URPC. Results Two to three weeks after interventional therapy, tumor size was found decreased in 63% of the patients, and pain relieved in 89.5%. Conclusions The interventional therapy for pancreatocarcinoma can improve the treatment effect compared with radiationtherapy or chemotherapy. It is an effective method for URPC. |
