肌内效贴对膝骨性关节炎短期疗效观察

目的：初步探讨肌内效贴短期缓解膝关节骨性关节炎症状的临床疗效。方法：膝关节骨性关节炎患者共48例，按年龄、性别及体重及急慢性期等严格配对后随机分为肌内效贴组＋常规局部理疗组（治疗组）及常规局部理疗组（对照组）各24例。在入选时、治疗5d及10d时对两组患者的疼痛度（视觉模拟评分，VAS）及综合功能（西安大略及麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数评分，WOMAC）作评估，同时对过敏性与安全性进行评价。结果：入选时两组膝骨性关节炎VAS和LKSS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗第1、5天，治疗组VAS和LKSS评分较对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗第10天，两组VAS和LKSS评分较治疗前差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组VAS评分趋向一致，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；两组LKSS评分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：肌内效贴可作为安全有效的康复手段之一，短期缓解膝关节骨性关节炎患者症状，改善综合功能。

The short-term effect of Kinesio tape for treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kinesio tape for treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods： According to the patient＇s age, gender, body weight, acute or chronic phase, 48 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group （24 cases, giving Kinesio tape with conventional local physical therapy） and the control group （24 cases, giving conventional local physical therapy）. The visual analogue scale （VAS） and the integrated function （Xi＇an Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index scores, WOMAC） were assessed between the two groups at the time of selection, the 5th and the 10th day of treatment. At the same time, the allergia and safety were evaluated. Results： At the time of selection, there was no significant difference between the two groups in VAS and LKSS scores （P〉0.05）, but there was a significant difference at the 5th day of treatment （P〈0.05）. At the 10th day of treatment, there was a more significant statistical difference in VAS and LKSS scores of two groups than pre-treatment （P〈0.01）. For two groups, there was no significant difference （P〉0.05） in VAS scores, but was a statistically significant difference in LKSS scores （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Kinesio tape is one of the rehabilitation therapy, that can short-term relive the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis and improve the comprehensive function.
