先天性脊柱畸形矫形手术治疗的初步观察

目的：探讨先天性脊柱畸形矫形手术治疗策略。方法：通过回顾性分析本院脊柱外科2002年11月至2003年12月期间治疗的10例先天性脊柱畸形患者的临床资料，确定不同患者不同矫形术式的选择。结果：10例患者手术时平均年龄15．2（1～40）岁，平均后凸角度69°（35°～98°），2例行单纯前路矫形植骨融合内固定手术，1例行单纯半椎体切除术，1例后路原位融合内固定术，6例后路矫形植骨融合内固定术，术后畸形矫正率为32．2％。结论：不同年龄、不同分型以及不同的畸形程度，应选择相应的矫形术式。

The Preliminary Observation on Surgical Treatment of the Congenital Scoliosis

Objective： To study the surgical treatment method of congenital scoliosis. Methods： From November 2002 to December 2003, 10 patients with congenital scoliosis were treated by different surgical techniques. Among them, 2 patients underwent anterior correction, graft fusion and internal fixation; 1 patient underwent simple bemi-vertebra resection; 1 patient underwent posterior fusion in situ and internal fixation; 6 patients underwent posterior correction, graft fusion and internal fixation. All cases＇ clinical data were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results： All cases were followed up for a mean period of 9 months （range, 3-16 months）. Preoperative and postopera- tive Cobb＇s angles were mean 69° and 46.8° respectively. The mean correction rate was 32.2%. Conclusion： Appropriate surgical technique for correction of scoliosis should be selected according to the patient＇s age, type and severity of congenital scoliosis.
