胶原酶化学溶解术治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的：评价胶原酶注射治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床应用价值，并介绍此技术的操作方法及适应证和禁忌证。方法：通过门诊复查、信件随访观察胶原酶化学溶解术后的效果。结果：６８０例腰椎间盘症行胶原酶化学溶解术后随访３月￣３年，有效率达８８．６％，治愈率６７％，复发约占２０％，结论：对诊断明确，有适应证的患者行胶原酶化学溶解术，具有操作简单，病人痛苦少，费用低，无并发症等优点，是一种值得推广及进一步研究的方法。

Clinical observation on collagenase chemonucleolysis for the lumbar disc herniation

Aim:To evaluate the clinical value of using collagenase to treat lumbar disc heniation,and present an introduction of the management of this technology,and it's indications and contraindications.Methods:Through outpatients' re examination and questionaire to observe the effect of collagenase chemonucleolysis.Results:In 680 cases of lumbar disc heniation treated with collagenase chemonucleolysis,the efficiency rate was 88.6%,the cure rate was 67%,relapse occured in 20% cases or so.Conclusions:The infection of collagenase for chemonucleolysis to those cases with distinct distinct diagnosis and indication will have the advantages of simple per formance,few pains,less espance for inpatients and no complications. So the authors believe that collagenase chemonucleolysis is a treatment worth for popularization and for research.
