退变性腰椎管狭窄症伴侧凸的手术治疗(附18例病例分析)

目的 观察退变性腰椎管狭窄伴侧凸患者经推弓根螺钉系统及脊柱后外侧融合治疗的效果。方法 采用后路减压，椎弓根螺钉系统内固定，脊柱后外侧植骨融合。结果 术后随访1年-4年6个月(平均2年7个月)，骨性融合率1年94．4％，2年2个月100％，临床症状消失满意率100％。结论 以采用椎管减压、椎弓根螺钉系统加脊柱后外侧融合，可使脊柱侧凸部分或全部复位，保证脊柱骨性融合，达到脊柱稳定、解除症状的目的。

Operative treatment of degenerative lumbar stenosis with lumbar spinal scoliosis

Objective To investigate clinical results of spinal posterior fusion with pedicle screw fixafien. Methods 18patients were treated by spinal posterior fusion with pedicle screw fixation. Results The follow-up period varied from one year to four years and six months(an average of two years and seven months). The solid arthrodsis rate was 94.4% one year after operation,and 100% two years after surgery. The rate of satisfaction was up to 100%. Conclusion Lumbar spinal canal decompression and spinal posterior fusion with pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of degenerative lumbar stenosis with lumbar spinal scoliosis show a satisfactory result.
