| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍了Ｔｅｎｏｎ内固定器治疗不稳性胸腰椎骨折的临床应用。结果：治疗３２例结果满意，平均随访１９月。结论：Ｔｅｎｏｎ内固定器治疗腰椎骨折的结果显示手术操作较简便，手术时间较短，作者认为是一种相当实用的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objectives:The clinical application about the treatment of unstable thoracolumbar vertebral fracture by Tenon internal fixator was introduced.Results:The effects of 32 cases with Tenon internal fixator was excellent.The average period of follow up was 19 months.Conclusions:The results of treatment showed that the technique was more easy and the operative duration was shorter.The author belived that the technique was an effective operative method in clinical practice |
