摘    要:目的 研究退变颈椎间盘中的胶原酶的活性变化。方法 通过切除实验动物颈棘上、棘间韧带及分离颈椎旁两侧肌肉,造成颈椎力学上的失衡而诱导了兔的颈椎间盘退行性变化。在术后3月和8月时分别处死3月组动物和8月组动物,取动物颈椎间盘组织,用生物化学方法测定其中胶原酶活性。结果 研究表明:(1)3月组实验组动物颈椎间盘中胶原酶活性明显高于3月对照组动物。(2)8月实验组动物颈椎间盘中胶原酶活性明显高于8月对照组

Abstract:Objectives:To study collagenase activity in degenerated cervical discs.Methods:White New Zealand rabbits were used and separated into four groups:Experimental group in 3 months,control group in 3 months,experimental group in 8 months,and control group in 8 months,each group had five rabbits.The experimental model of degenerated cervical disc in the rabbit was established by resection of cervical supraspinous and interspinous ligaments and detachment of posterior paravertebral muscles from the cervical vertebrae.Rabbits in 3 months groups and in 8 months groups were killed three months and eight months after operation respectively.The cervical disc tissues in all four groups were assayed to detect collagenase by biochemical methods. Results:(1)Collagenase activities in discs from experimental group in 3 months were obviously higher than those of control group in 3 months.(2)Collagenase activities in discs from experimental group in 8 months were obviously higher than those of control group in 8 months.(3)Collagenase activities in discs from experimental group in 3 months wrer higher than those of experimental group in 8 months.Conclusions:Collagenase activities in degenerated cervical discs are increased obviously,and their increased extents are not related to extent of cervical disc degeneration.The results suggested that the collagenase played an more important role in early stage of the cervical disc degeneration,and other factors could play an more important role in late stage and in aging.
