关节镜下治疗巨大冈下肌钙化性肌腱炎一例

肩袖钙化性肌腱炎是一种由于钙化性物质沉积在肌腱内引起肩关节疼痛和活动受限的肩关节疾病1]。相关研究2-4]表明全世界大约有2.7%-36%的人口患有钙化性肌腱炎，其中30-60岁的女性患者为本病的高发人群。钙化灶损伤的部位最常为冈上肌腱（80%），较少发生在冈下肌腱（15%）和肩胛下肌腱（5%）5]。本文拟报道1则关节镜下治疗巨大冈下肌钙化性肌腱炎病例（其钙化灶长度达6cm，实属罕见），以期为临床治疗钙化性肌腱炎提供思路，现报告如下。

Treatment of giant calcified tendinitis of subaspinatus under arthroscope: a case report

Rotator cuff calcified tendonitis is a shoulder disease caused by the deposition of calcified substances in the tendon causing shoulder pain and limited movement 1]. Related studies 2-4] show that about 2.7%-36% of the world''s population suffers from calcified tendinitis, and women aged 30-60 years are at high risk of this disease. The most common site of calcification lesions is supraspinatus tendon (80%), and less frequently occurs in subaspinatus tendon (15%) and subscapularis tendon (5%) 5]. This paper intends to report a case of calcified tendinitis of giant subaspinatus muscle treated under arthroscopy (the calcified focal length is 6cm, which is very rare), in order to provide ideas for clinical treatment of calcified tendinitis.
