p21 ras和nm23-H1表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系

为探讨ｐ２１ｒａｓ和ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１表达与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系，采用ＬＳＡＢ法观察了８０例胃癌患者的ｐ２１ｒａｓ和ｎｍ２３Ｈ１的表达，并分析其与淋巴结转移的关系，结果：有淋巴结转移（ＬＮＭ）组ｐ２１ｒａｓ表达阳性率（６２．５％）明显高于无ＬＮＭ组（４２．５％）但ｎｍ２３－Ｈ１表达阳性率（２７．５％）则明显低于无ＬＮＭ组（４７．５％）ＬＮＭ数为１－３枚和ｐ２１ｒａｓ表达阳性率（３３．３％）明显低于４－

CORRELATION BETWEEN EXPRESSION OF p21 ras AND nm23-H1 GENE AND STATUS OF LYMPH NODE METASTASIS IN GASTRIC CANCER

To study correlation between expression of p21 ras and nm23H1 gene and status of lymph node metastasis (LNM) in gastric cancer. The rate of positive expression of p21 ras and nm23H1 were studied in 80 cases by LSAB immunohistochemical technique. Results: The results showed that the positive expression of p21 ras in cases with LNM was 62.5%, higher than that of cases without LNM (42.5%) (P<0.01); the positive rate of nm23H1 in cases with LNM was 27.5%, lower than that of cases without LNM (47.5%) (P<0.01). The positive rate of p21 ras in cases with 1-3 LNM was lower than that of cases with 4-7 or >8 LNM (P<0.01); the positive rate of p21 ras in cases with N1 was lower than that of cases with N2 or N3 (P<0.01), there was no positive expression of p21 ras in cases with N3 (7 cases). The positive rate of nm23H1 was 44.4% in cases with 1-3 LNM, higher than that of cases with 3-7 (25.0%) or >8 LNM (0%) (P<0.01), the positive rate of nm23H1 in cases with N1 was markedly higher than that of cases with N2 or N3, there was no positive expression of nm23H1 in cases with N3 (6 cases). Conclusions: The results suggest that the expression of p21 ras and nm23H1 in gastric cancer play an important role in the invasion growth and metastasis of tumor, and may serve as a marker of predicting metastasis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
