后腹腔镜治疗复杂性肾囊肿的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨复杂性肾囊肿的诊疗方法。方法:回顾性分析5例复杂性肾囊肿患者的临床诊治资料,均行IVP、B超、CT或(和)MRI联合检查,采用后腹腔镜囊肿去顶术进行治疗。结果:4例手术成功,1例中转开放手术。结论:IVP、B超、CT或(和)MRI联合检查可诊断大多数复杂性肾囊肿,部分复杂性肾囊肿,需要手术探查并结合术后病理检查确诊。采用后腹腔镜治疗复杂性肾囊肿是一种可供选择的方法,但对于术前诊断不明,特别是有恶变倾向的肾囊肿,仍以开放手术为宜。

Abstract:Objective:To explore diagnosis and treatment of the complex renal cyst.Methods:5 cases of the complex renal cyst were analyzed.All patients were diagnosed by IVP,B-ultrasound,CT or(and) MRI.Renal cyst unroofing through retrope ritone oscopy heals the complex renal cyst.Results:4 cases of the operations were successful,1 case was failure and the traditional open method was used.Conclusions:Complex renal cyst could be diagnosed by IVP,B-ultrasound,CT or(and) MRI a part of the complex renal cyst must be diagnosed by operation and pathology.It is a good method of healing the complicated renal cyst by retrope ritone oscopy.But traditional operation is better for renal cyst that has cancer tendency,and that has not positive diagnosis before the operation.
