| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨睾丸内胚窦瘤的诊断和治疗方法，提高其诊治水平。方法：对5例睾丸内胚窦瘤患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：5例患者术前均行AFP、阴囊彩超、全胸片及盆腔CT检查，并行患侧睾丸肿瘤根治术，术后辅以化疗，随诊1～5年，未发现复发及远处转移。结论：AFP结合阴囊彩超检查能提高睾丸内胚窦瘤的诊断率；早期诊断和睾丸肿瘤根治术辅以术后化疗能提高其治愈率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate and to raise the level of diagnose and therapy of Yolk sac tumor of testis.Methods:Five cases of Yolk sac tumor of testis from January 1995 to December 2005 were studied.Results:5 cases were treated with AFP,B ultrasound,sternite and cavitas pelvis computerized tomography before operation.Radical orchiectomy and post-operative chemotherapy were performed in all cases.Follow-up for 1 to 5 years,no local recurrence and distant metastasis were found.Conclusions:AFP combined with B ultrasound can rise diagnose ratio of Yolk sac tumor of testis.Early diagnosis and combined therapy including radical orchiectomy and chemotherapy can improve the cure rate significantly. |
