| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血管生成素(Angiopoietin，Ang)基因在膀胱癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法：从38例确诊为膀胱癌标本和10例正常膀胱标本中提取总RNA，利用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT—PCR)技术检测所有标本中Ang-1和Ang-2的mRNA水平。结果：Ang-1基因在膀胱癌和正常膀胱组织中均有表达，且无明显差异；Ang-2基因仅在膀胱癌中表达，且与膀胱癌的分期、转移和血管浸润相关，但与肿瘤的分级和复发无关。结论：Ang-2基因的表达与膀胱癌的分期、转移和血管浸润相关，可能参与肿瘤血管生成的调控。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of aniopoietin gene in bladder cancer.Methods:The level of angiopoietin-1 and angiopoietin-2 mRNA were determined in 38 cases of bladder cancer and 10 cases of normal bladder specimen by the method of RT-PCR.Results:The expression of ang-1 gene was detected in both bladder cancer and normal bladder tissue, and there is no significant difference between them. The expression of ang-2 gene was detected only in bladder cancer and was correlated with staging and vascular invasion of the tumor, but was not correlated with grading and metastasis of the tumor.Conclusions:The expression of ang-2 gene was correlated with stagingg and vascular invasion of the tumor, therefore may involved in the regulation of tumor angiogenesis. |
