先天性A2型短指症的矫形手术治疗

目的 探讨先天性A2型短指(趾)症的矫形手术治疗效果.方法 对2例(4指)先天性A2型短指(趾)症患者的示指,在中节指骨由尺侧向桡侧行三角形截骨,克氏针内固定.结果 术后6周拔出克氏针进行功能锻炼.2例随访时间分别为4个月和5年,示指畸形得到明显矫正,远指间关节屈曲活动30°,能持物.患者及家属对手指外形及功能感到满意.结论 先天性A2型短指(趾)症通过矫形手术可以明显改善手部畸形,获得良好的效果.

Abstract：

Objective To discuss the orthopaedic treatment of type A2 congenital brachydactyly and its clinical outcomes. Methods Two cases (4 index fingers) of type A2 congenital brachydactyly were treated by wedge osteotomy in the middle phalanx with the bottom margin on the ulnar side. The finger was fixed with K-wires for six weeks followed by functional exercise. Results Follow-up period was 4 months for one case and 5 years for the other. Deformity of the index fingers was corrected. Range of motion of the distal interphalangeal joints averaged 30°. Pinch and grip was stable. The patients were satisfied with the appearance and function of the fingers. Conclusion Orthopaedic treatment of type A2 congenital brachydactyly can lead to good appearance and better function.
