AO微型纯钛板钉内固定治疗掌指骨关节内骨折

目的 探讨AO微型纯钛板钉内固定治疗掌指骨关节内骨折的拄术及疗效，方法 对32例38处掌指骨关节内骨折，采用早期切开复位、AO微型纯钛板钉进行内固定治疗，井辅以术后早期功能训练。38处骨折中掌骨骨折25处，其中掌骨头骨折14处，基底部骨折1I处；指骨骨折13处，均为指骨基底韶骨折．结果 术后随访6个月至1年=38处骨折完全愈台。按手外科功能评定标准：优28指，良1指，中3指．忧痕率达到90．6%，结论 掌指骨关节内骨折．采用AO微型纯钛金属板钉内固定，可得到满意的治疗效果。

Treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular fractures with AO mini titanium plate and nail

Objective To investigate the technique and treatment outcome of the metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular fractures with AO mini Plate and nail. Methods Thirty-eight leisions in 32 patients with metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular fractures were treated by early open reduction and AO pure titanium mini plate and nail. Early rehabilitation was carried out postoperatively. Among them, 25 cases were metacarpal fractures, with the metacarpal head fracture in 14 cases and the base fracture in 11 cases, and 13 cases phalangeal fratures, all belonging to the base part. Results All patients were followed up from 6 to 12 months. All the fractures were healed. According to the functional evaluation criteria issued by Chinese Hand Surgery Association, the result was excellent in 28, good in 1 and fair in 3, with excellent and good rate 90. 6%. Conclusion Treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal intraarticular fractures by internal fixation with AO mini titanium plate and nail can obtain satisfactory treatment outcome.
