| 摘 要： | 食管切除术因手术复杂,耗时较长,手术创伤大,故术后病死率及并发症发生率均较高.随着麻醉、外科技术以及围术期处理方法的进步,食管切除术后病死率和并发症发生率较之以往有了明显的下降.合理的围手术期处理,规范化、个体化的治疗方式,对防止术后并发症的发生、减少术后死亡极其重要.我们通过收集国外文献,对近年来在食管切除术围手术期处理领域的一些新进展和观念进行综述.
